Novotel Bern Expo

I appreciated the remote location plus the staff was willing to help. Hospitality from the whole staff.

Useful staff, lovely restaurant, well-stocked room. Superb view of ocean. We appreciated the continental breakfast provided with fresh fruit and pastries. Early check in and personalized service.

Exceptional hotel with a good restaurant in Bern. I loved the room, the bed was very comfy. Property was fairly clean and the service was good. Reception was friendly. Walking distance to shopping centers and a market across the street. I tried some drinks at bar Barbiere, located 10 minutes walk away.

Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

We loved this place, everything was perfect. All facilities were good too.

It has amazingly polite staff, as for me - really good place to stay. Cozy bedroom and amazing beds. Delicious breakfast, outstanding service. Liked automated check-in and late check-out.

The place was fairly clean with an excellent co-operating staff. Soft bed, beautiful bathroom and central heating, a laptop-size safe and a fridge in the room. The staff did all they can for a fabulous stay. There were a supermarket and shopping centers around the hotel.

Generally, it's ideal place, enjoyed it. Its staff was helpful & friendly. There is restaurant Gourmetbar at the premises. Useful base for exploring Bern.
